- central location with lots of restaurants, bars and cafeterias nearby - nice and modern interior - friendly and caring staff - clean bathrooms - free washing machine and detergents - safe environment - GREAT value for money

- hot water in the showers was a BIG issue, so be prepared to try several shower cabins in order to understand if there's hot water and if it lasts more than 1 min - our room lock (room #6) didn't function very well and once it even self-blocked - our room's windows were right in front of a nightclub, so falling asleep could be a problem if you don't have earplugs
